By accessing or using the Apex Vista website (apexvista.shop) and purchasing our precision optics products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local laws of California and the United States.
2. Purchases and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in United States Dollars ($ USD). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Transactions are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
3. Product Availability and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify specifications, prices, or product availability without prior notice. In the rare event of an unforeseen pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund affected orders prior to shipment.
4. Limitation of Liability
Apex Vista shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use optical gear, beyond the purchase price of the product or replacement under our Lifetime Warranty.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
